The hotel's location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walk from the nearest DLR station, offering great value for money. The rooms are in good condition with a sparkling clean bathroom and a great AC/heat system, though they could use more privacy. The service throughout the hotel is wonderful, with staff being very apologetic and the manager lady with blonde hair standing out for her friendliness. However, the dining experience was mediocre and not worth the price considering better options nearby.
